Keto túrós-sajtos pogácsa

alacsony szénhidráttartalmú

Hozzávalók (kb. 20 darabhoz): • 250 g zsíros túró (lehetőleg rögös, de jól lecsöpögtetett) • 150 g reszelt sajt (pl. gouda, trappista vagy cheddar) • 2 db tojás (1 a tésztába, 1 a kenéshez) • 100 g mandulaliszt • 30 g útifűmaghéj (ez segíti az állagot és rostot ad) • 1 teáskanál sütőpor • 1/2 teáskanál só (ízlés szerint) • opcionálisan: egy csipet fokhagymapor vagy kömény a karakteresebb ízért Elkészítés: 1. Melegítsd elő a sütőt 180 °C-ra (alsó-felső sütés). 2. Egy tálban keverd össze a túrót, a reszelt sajtot, a mandulalisztet, útifűmaghéjat, sütőport, sót és 1 tojást. 3. Dolgozd össze alaposan a masszát. Ha túl lágy lenne, pihentesd 10 percet, hogy az útifűmaghéj megszívja magát. 4. Enyhén lisztezett (mandulaliszttel vagy kókuszliszttel hintett) felületen nyújtsd ki kb. 2 cm vastagra. 5. Szaggasd ki pogácsaformával vagy pohárral. 6. Helyezd sütőpapíros tepsire, majd kend meg a tetejét a másik tojással. 7. Süssd 20–25 percig, amíg szép aranybarnára sül. Tipp: • A reszelt sajt egy része lehet füstölt sajt is, ez extra ízt ad neki. • A pogácsák másnap is finomak, jól záródó dobozban 2-3 napig eltarthatók, vagy fagyaszthatók is.
